* After the winners are announced, Summoners who won the grand prize or excellence prize will receive an information collection form with instructions for sending prize money and prizes to the contact information (email or phone number) provided when applying for the event.

Please review the email you received and respond by filling out the form provided by Aug. 4th 7:59am PDT.

* To receive prize money, grand prize winners must fill out a Google form with their contact information and submit a copy of their checkbook. Failure to respond to the prize email by the deadline will result in cancellation of your event winnings. Physical prizes may be difficult to deliver depending on the delivery situation in your area; in this case, we will provide separate guidance.

* Summoners who won the grand prize or excellence prize but were not contacted via email or phone number within three days should contact Customer Support.
